RETURN POLICY

Customers may cancel their purchase by the end of the business day on which the purchase occurred and receive a full refund of the purchase price.  If the purchase is canceled after the end of the business day on which the purchase occurred but before the product(s) is shipped to the customer, the customer will receive a full refund less a five percent transaction fee charge.  If the customer returns the product within seven days of receipt of the product(s), the customer will receive a full refund less a fifteen percent (15%) restock fee and shipping costs.  No refund will be granted if the customer returns the product(s) eight or more days after receipt of the product(s).  A customer may only return products and that he or she personally purchased from maxriboceine.com.  Purchases made by other customers or by third parties are not subject to refund.  If the purchases were made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account that was used to make the purchase.  To return any product(s), please send your return request to maxusa@max.com for processing.
